We’re a family-owned trading card business dedicated to bringing collectors and enthusiasts authentic trading card products, exciting new releases and a great shopping experience.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms of Service govern purchases made through our website.
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through Roaring TCG, you agree that:
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract.
You have permission to use the payment method selected.
You have reviewed the products, quantities, prices and delivery details before completing checkout.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or unavailable stock.
If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has already been taken, we will notify you and provide the appropriate refund.
3. Products and Availability
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing and availability information for all products listed on our website.
Our products may include:
Pokémon Trading Card Game products
One Piece Trading Card Game products
Disney Lorcana products
Other trading card games and collectibles
Sealed booster packs, boxes, tins and collection sets
Trading card accessories
All products are subject to availability.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Packaging designs and minor presentation details may vary where this does not materially affect the product’s description.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 per order.
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout on our Squarespace website.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has not yet been accepted, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
5. Delivery
We currently offer standard UK delivery at the following rate:
Delivery time: 3–5 working days
Delivery charge: £4.95
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with you and explain your available options.
Goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or that of someone you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.

6. Pre-Orders
From time to time, Roaring TCG may offer pre-orders for upcoming trading card releases.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
Release dates are estimates and may change.
Manufacturers and distributors may delay or adjust release schedules.
Product allocations may be limited.
The availability of pre-order stock can depend on supplier fulfilment.
We aim to fulfil confirmed pre-orders as soon as the relevant products become available.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unfulfilled items.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
7. Returns and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
For most eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.
To request a return, please email:

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a returns label.
Return postage costs £5, which will be deducted from your refund when you use our return label for an eligible change-of-mind return.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Condition of Returned Products
We ask that returned items are kept in their original condition, with packaging and factory seals intact wherever possible.
For trading card products, this is particularly important because opened or damaged packaging can significantly reduce collectible value.
You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any resulting reduction in value.
Opening a sealed trading card product does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights, but it may affect the item’s value.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
8. Refunds
Where you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount required by law, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We will issue refunds within the legally required timeframe. Where goods must be returned, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
For eligible change-of-mind returns using our provided label, the £5 return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
We take great care when preparing and packaging orders.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact:

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers will not be required to pay our standard £5 return label charge for a return that we are legally responsible for.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Trading Card Product Conditions
Trading card products may contain randomised contents.
Purchasing a sealed booster pack, booster box, Elite Trainer Box or similar product does not guarantee that you will receive a particular card, rarity, artwork or market value unless expressly stated in the product description.
Pull rates, card distribution and pack contents are determined by the relevant manufacturer.
Roaring TCG cannot guarantee specific pulls from randomised sealed products.
Minor cosmetic variations that do not amount to a breach of your statutory rights may occur in mass-produced products.
We do not guarantee that trading cards or collectibles will increase or maintain their resale value.
11. Order Cancellations by Roaring TCG
We may cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason, including:
Product unavailability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Genuine pricing or listing errors
Delivery restrictions
Supplier allocation issues
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
We will not cancel accepted orders arbitrarily or in a way that removes your statutory rights.
12. Customer Accounts
If you create a customer account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access or engage in fraudulent purchasing activity.
We may restrict access to accounts where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or maintain website security.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Roaring TCG name, original logo, branding, website design and original content belong to Roaring TCG or their respective rights holders.
Third-party trading card names, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Roaring TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Disney or other trading card publishers unless expressly stated.
You may not reproduce our original branding or website content for commercial purposes without permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate information, reliable service and quality products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that are not legally attributable to us.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
Customer information may be processed to manage orders, payments, deliveries, refunds and customer service enquiries.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services or applicable law.
Any updated terms will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing purchase contract without your agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court where you are legally entitled to do so.
