Delivery Information

At Roaring TCG, we know there’s nothing quite like the excitement of waiting for your next trading card delivery!

Whether you’ve ordered your latest Pokémon chase, a fresh booster box or something special for your collection, we’ll do our best to get your goodies to you safely and as quickly as possible.

UK Standard Delivery

We like to keep things simple!

Our standard delivery service costs £4.95 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or particularly busy periods.

Packaging With Care 📦

We’re collectors ourselves, so we know how important the condition of your cards and collectibles is.

Every order is packed with care to help ensure your products arrive safely and in great condition.

From sealed booster boxes to your latest collecting essentials, we’ll treat your order with the same care we’d expect for our own collection.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get to work preparing it for dispatch.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a dispatch notification when your order is on its way.

Where tracking is available, we’ll provide the relevant details so you can follow your delivery.

Pre-Orders

If you’ve purchased a pre-order product, your order will be dispatched when the product becomes available for release.

Any estimated release dates will be displayed on the relevant product page and may be subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

We want every Roaring TCG delivery to be a happy one!

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@roaringtcg.com with your order number.

We’ll investigate the issue and help get things sorted as quickly as possible.
